Pat`s Pizza in Bear

Just ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and was very specific about what I wanted on it. The most driest burnt "grilled" chicken ever. It's obvious it was cooked on a stove with no oils to keep the meat moist. Asked to have mayo along with mustard on it and got a bare sandwich. Had to put my own mayo and mustard on it. I tried to ignore all the reviews below me but no, they are accurate. Trust us this place is not worth your money. The Pats in New Castle is 100% better and would gladly drive out my way to get their food. If it's possible to give a negative or half a star I would.

I’ve had food from this shop before and it was good, have had one small issue before but it was resolved. Tonight I wanted to place an order for a salad and they did not want to make a salad because they were closing in 15 minutes. I live 5 minutes away and I was going to pick up my food, not delivery. I already felt bad because I wanted to place an order 15 minutes before closing but they did not have to bake or fry anything it was just a salad! I will not be eating here again as they don’t want the business.

Best pizza in Delaware Hands down!

The pizzas were over cooked, with burned cheese. Company began to eat, but discarded. Decided to return to Pat's for refund, or replacement. Wanted to share with manager before writing review. Was told by manager that he would replace one, but not both. I told him I chose not to bring the discarded pieces from the trash. He told me them from the trash and bring them back to him. Should have followed my mind. I would not come here again.

It is ok I mean better then McDonalds

I go there often and the service is always quick, friendly and respectful. I recommend it to others all the time. If you are thinking about going, just go you will not be disappointed.Mt. Man

The manger was very rude and unprofessional. He easliy became annoyed and irate because I had several questions about pizza options because I wanted to get the best deal for my buck. I do not recommend spending your money here. There are other nicely managed pizza shops close by with great specials, awesome prices, and most importantly good food!

Would rate zero stars if it was possible. Easily the worst food I’ve ever ate. Pizza and calzone were 20mins late and cold. Terrible food and service. Big waste of money.

You've got to try the stuffed steak pizza!!!! If you like pizza and cheesesteaks!!! This is a meal for several people in one pie and it's delicious!!!

Ordered a pizza slice and Hot (spicy) Chicken wings. The pizza was very good, the wings not so much... l haven't had them in a while so l treated myself, well they were so SALTY I couldn't eat them. First, l tried to eat them cut up over a salad but even that didn't mask the over seasoning. It made my feet swell and my blood pressure skyrocketed. I don't know what happened, they used to be very good.

They’re getting really sloppy with their food AND their service... Ordered a tuna club, and the club was not only on the wrong bread, the tuna tasted old and spoiled. Waffle fries were soggy like they were sitting in water too. When I called to speak with the manager and ask if I could return it for a refund, he was extremely rude, saying “Just because YOU dont like it doesn’t mean it’s bad...”

Ordered a Ceaser Salad, paid $8.49......salad container was only half way filled with salad. Where is the rest? $8.49 was too high for a salad container that isn’t filled with salad. For the amount I received, $6 would of been a better price. Big salad container for what reason? It should be filled with salad. Not 50% air. Besides that, the salad was good for a pizzeria.

Delicious Steak and cheese stromboli. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The dough was nice and fluffy but chewy with lots of flavor. It was burn your mouth hot when it came. Would definitely order again.

As a new Bear resident I decided to order from the local Pat's restaurant. In Newark (my previous home) eating at Pat's MVP came very natural thanks to their delicious food and excellent menu variety. I am sadenned to leave a 1-star, but after several orders from the Bear store I truly don't have good things to say. The food is expensive (to start), my pasta order was wrong. Buffalo Pizza didn't have any flavor. Huge order of expensive wings overcooked, to the point it tasted burnt (they took them back). Pepperoni pizza is hard to get wrong. But for what you get you are better off cooking a frozen pizza yourself. The drivers seem nice. One of my orders took forever to arrive. To conclude, I don't know how one store can deviate so far from the level of quality and taste that the others deliver. This store taints the Pat's brand and I will no longer be patronizing it. Pat's Bear has proven to us they aren't focused on putting out quality food...

We eat there a couple times a week for the three or four months the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Today I felt like family. They gave my son and I four subs for free ( someone cancelled their order ) They ask if we would like them. They also noticed we are always there and thanked us. We thank you too Pat's pizza is the best

Nice place, good food, decent selection for a pizza joint. Salad in particular was surprisingly large. Pizza was super tasty. Clean place, nice staff, ample parking. Good prices.

Pat's Pizza has been my reliable and ever dependable HELP to make me look good always. The site Manager; Saki, is the BEST. He is so professional, friendly and knows the menu to give me the best value for my budget. His drivers deliver to location ahead of schedule. It ease my mind when I use Pat's select. I have been using this location for the past 10 years. I have no reservation recommending Pat's Pizza. Awesome staff and location !!! Keep UP the great job !!!

My family was impressed with the pizza from Pat's. I haven't tried it before this but now I've already ordered from there again. They also have a great menu with a ton of different options. Pizza was perfect! And we tried their wings and they were also really good. I'll be ordering from Pat's again and recommend it to anyone looking for good homemade pizza with fresh toppings. Also order was ready very quick and customer service was very good.

I order from this Pat’s all the time and their staff is very friendly. Their chicken ceaser salads are great, but they would be better if they were prepared properly. Meaning lettuce - chicken - parmesean cheese - THEN add the ceaser dressing. Please start sparring the cheese and dressing in the salad. I ordered online and asked for extra cheese, and there was barely any in there. They pay no attention to the word “Extra”. I even called after I placed the online order to ask them personally to get the order right and still... barely any cheese or dressing in the salad. No one wants to pay over $10 for a dry salad and have to add ingredients from your own fridge. Extra means extra.

12/18 have been getting salads every Monday night for about a year at this location. Tonight after I brought my salad home I found a long dark hair in it. I called and spoke to the manager. He was very rude and and said he has a guy with short hair making the salads. I told him I was a regular customer and knew most of the workers. He didn’t care he just said I have to bring the salad back tonight to get my money back. He just wanted to argue with me. I will NOT be returning.

My favorite pizza place in Delaware. Great Italian food as well. Quick service . friendly people. I have never had a problem in the 7 years i have eaten at Pats. You must try their pizza.

I won’t come back to this location. I went in with my little family, one of the employees kept starring at us the whole time we were there.. we were to uncomfortable to finish.. food was very expensive & pizza was over cooked. Terrible experience

Stopped in May 15, 2020, and one of the workers refused to wear the state mandated face mask while standing at the counter slicing every pizza ordered. Even when asked to don a mask, the worker refused, placing many people in danger of contracting COVID19. Will not be returning because I feel unsafe.
